His birth is not found in Maldegem indexes or records. He was probably born in Adegem.14,15

Balduinus Standaert married Elisabetha DeLaere, daughter of Petrus DeLaere and Cornelia Blondeel, on 13 Aug 1726 at Maldegem, BEL, and was witnessed by Martino Standaert and Cornelia Blondeel;

The following children appeared in the household: Pieter (age 17), Marie (age 15), Isabelle (age 10), Angeline (age 6). Also listed was Francois Vanhyfte who was a "peerdeknecht" or "horse-servant."

Names Jan Standaert, Baldwin's brother, as father's family representative for all children.

It names Peter DeLaere as mother's family representative for children by DeLaere and Jacobus Termote for children by Walgraeve. These Walgraeve children are: Ambrosius, age 5; Joannes, age 3, Monica, age 6 and Anna Marie, age 10 months.25

Maria Francisca Standaert appeared on the census of 1748 at Maldegem, BEL, and appeared in household with Bouduyn Standaert and Anna Catherine Walgraeve. She was listed as being age 15, or born c1733 (actual Dec 1731?).
